Refunds are not provided for any hair services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your hair for any reason, I am willing to address any concerns within 48 hours. My goal is for my clients to be delighted with their hair! Should you change your mind about the color or extensions selected during the consultation, it will not qualify as a 're-do,' and any alterations will incur charges. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Conversely, if you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be credited towards your next service. I recognize that life can be unpredictable, and I strive to be as flexible as possible when unexpected situations occur.
